ASIC Tuning Assessment
On-site or remote evaluation of your legacy ASIC miners — voltage curves, frequency profiles, thermal mapping, and a written tuning recommendation.
On-site or remote evaluation of your legacy ASIC miners — voltage curves, frequency profiles, thermal mapping, and a written tuning recommendation.
Who This Is For
Small-scale operators running between four and fifty legacy ASIC units who suspect their hardware is drawing more power than necessary, or who have noticed declining hash rates without obvious hardware failure. Hosting clients who need an independent third-party assessment before renewing rack contracts also use this service.
What Is Included
- Full stock benchmark: hash rate, power draw, board temperatures, fan RPM at each speed step
- Per-board voltage and frequency sweep to identify the stable efficiency window
- Thermal imaging of hash boards and PSU connections under load
- Firmware or BIOS setting recommendations with rollback instructions
- Written report with before/after comparison tables and 30-day monitoring checklist
What Is Excluded
- Physical repair of failed hash boards, capacitors, or fans (we flag issues and can refer you to partner repair shops)
- Pool configuration or wallet setup
- Firmware flashing if your unit is under manufacturer warranty and flashing voids coverage — we note this in the report
Process
- Intake call — You provide miner model, quantity, current pool-reported hash rate, and PDU watt reading.
- Scheduling — On-site visits within the Gwangju metropolitan area are typically booked within five business days. Remote assessments require VPN access to your management interface.
- Bench session — Each unit runs through our standard test protocol: 15-minute stock run, incremental voltage reduction, frequency adjustment, and 60-minute stability confirmation.
- Report delivery — PDF report emailed within three business days of the session, including recommended settings and expected monthly power savings at your stated electricity rate.
Preparation
Ensure miners have been running continuously for at least 24 hours before the visit so thermal paste and heat sinks are at operating equilibrium. Provide access to your electrical panel or PDU meter if available. For remote sessions, confirm your management API credentials and that outbound connections to our diagnostic server are permitted.
Next Step
Contact us with your miner model, unit count, and current power draw. We will confirm scope and provide a firm quote before scheduling.
