Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing procedures for ASIC tuning assessments, benchmarks, and audits from Filesycamorepath Mining Review.

Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for assessment services provided by Filesycamorepath Mining Review Co., Ltd. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or subscription plans — all engagements are one-time professional assessment services.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We cancel the scheduled assessment due to technician unavailability or facility issues on our end
- We fail to deliver the agreed report within 10 business days of the assessment date without prior notice
- You cancel at least 5 business days before a scheduled on-site visit and no preparatory work has begun
Partial Refund
A partial refund (50% of the engagement fee) applies if:
- You cancel between 2 and 5 business days before a scheduled on-site visit
- A remote assessment cannot proceed because your VPN or management interface is inaccessible, and rescheduling is not possible within 15 business days
No Refund
Refunds are not available when:
- The assessment has been completed and the report delivered
- You cancel fewer than 2 business days before a scheduled on-site visit
- On-site travel has already been undertaken (travel surcharges are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing)
- You decline to provide necessary facility access, hardware access, or VPN credentials after scheduling confirmation
- You are a no-show for a confirmed on-site appointment without prior notice
Deposits
On-site visits outside the Gwangju metropolitan area require a 50% deposit at booking. Deposit refunds follow the cancellation timelines above. If you cancel with fewer than 2 business days’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed assessment once at no charge if requested at least 3 business days before the original date. Additional rescheduling requests incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee. We will offer one alternative date; if neither party can agree on a new date within 30 days, the standard cancellation refund rules apply.
Report Revisions
If you believe an delivered report contains factual errors in measured data (hash rate, wattage, temperature readings), notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will review raw test logs and issue a corrected report at no charge. Disagreement with our tuning recommendations or economic projections does not qualify for a refund or revision.
Refund Process
- Email info@filesycamorepath.click with subject line “Refund Request” including your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and review the request against this policy.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer for domestic clients, wire transfer for international clients).
- You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are never refundable once incurred:
- Travel surcharges for on-site visits that were completed
- New-model research fees if research has been performed
- Rush delivery surcharges if the expedited report was delivered on time
- Third-party repair referrals — we do not charge for referrals, but any repair work arranged through partner shops is between you and the repair provider
Work Already Started
If we have begun preparatory work (reference data compilation, travel booking, VPN credential testing) before you cancel, we deduct actual costs incurred from any refund amount and provide an itemized breakdown.
Purchased Materials
Our assessments do not include sale of hardware, replacement parts, or consumables. If future services involve material purchases arranged through us, those items follow separate return policies communicated at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government-mandated facility closures, pandemic restrictions) are handled case by case. We will offer rescheduling before applying cancellation penalties whenever possible.
